The Mary Conlin Company, Inc. was incorporated in October 1981 and is headquartered in Newport Beach, California. The company's President, Mary Bacon, was also the founding President of American Vessel Documentation Association, Inc., the only association of vessel documentation services from throughout the United States.

Our capable staff includes Kathi Krencik (Operations Manager), Susan Passannante (Registration Specialist), and Sonia Apkarian (Document Control).

We are all dedicated to handling the details of your documentation by assisting with scheduling of closings, preparation of pertinent documents, and interfacing with the broker, seller, buyer and lender.
